Mr. Ken Lilley
Ken Lilley came to the Valley in 1994, serving as
Youth and Music Director in various Baptist churches until December
2004. Mr. Lilley taught music in public schools before coming to
the Valley. He graduated from Sul Ross State University in 1991
and received a Master of Arts from UTPA in 2003. Mr. Lilley is
station manager here at KCAS radio.
PURPOSE
KCAS 91.5FM is a listener
supported radio
station that seeks to glorify God by edifying and
ministering to believers by providing quality programs that are
relevant and biblically conservative; and by providing Christian music
that is relevant, lovely, virtuous, praiseworthy,
and of good report.
